VirtexPay provides a digital crypto payment ecosystem comprising:
- Virtex Gateway — A cryptocurrency payment gateway for businesses to accept crypto payments
- Virtex Gift Cards — A platform to purchase and redeem digital gift cards using cryptocurrency
- Virtex Debit Cards — A crypto-backed debit card service (coming soon)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using VirtexPay, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. VirtexPay is not responsible for losses resulting from price fluctuations, network congestion, or blockchain errors. You acknowledge and accept these risks.

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the VirtexPay platform are the intellectual property of VirtexPay or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtexPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any services provided.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, applicable law, or for any other legitimate reason. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
