BNB Smart Chain (BSC) is an EVM network with low fees and a large token ecosystem. Virtex Wallet gives you a BNB wallet on Android for BNB and supported BEP-20 tokens such as USDT and USDC.

Your BSC address is the same 0x address you use on Ethereum, Polygon and Base, so it's easy to receive. Just make sure the sender picks BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) as the network. You can also stake BNB or swap with quotes compared across third-party providers.

BNB Wallet key facts

Native coin BNB
Token standard BEP-20 (for example USDT and USDC on BSC)
Address format 0x… (same address as on Ethereum, Polygon and Base)

Staking Stake BNB in the app, non-custodial or custodial

Virtex Wallet supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Tron and Solana, plus stablecoins such as USDT and USDC. Available tokens and swap pairs are shown in the app.

What you can do with BNB

BNB and BEP-20 tokens

Hold BNB and supported BEP-20 tokens on one 0x address.

Stake BNB

Delegate BNB to a validator on BNB Smart Chain, or use custodial staking. See how to stake BNB.

Swap across chains

Swap BNB or BEP-20 tokens into coins on other supported networks where a provider can quote the pair.

Two wallet modes

Hold your own keys in non-custodial mode, or let Virtex hold them in custodial mode. Custodial mode is not available in the EEA, the UK or the United States.

Set up your BNB wallet

1

Install Virtex Wallet

Download the app from Google Play and create a new wallet or import an existing recovery phrase.

2

Find your BSC address

Open BNB and tap Receive. Your 0x address also receives BEP-20 tokens.

3

Add BNB

Buy BNB in the app, swap into it, or withdraw from an exchange on the BEP20 / BSC network.

4

Stake, send or swap

Keep a little BNB for fees and use the rest however you like.

Same address, different networks. USDT sent to your 0x address on BNB Smart Chain arrives on BSC, not on Ethereum. Check the network in the app if a deposit seems to be missing. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. This page is general information, not financial advice.

BNB wallet questions

What is a BNB wallet?

A wallet that holds BNB, the native coin of BNB Smart Chain, and tokens built on it (BEP-20 tokens) such as USDT and USDC on BSC.

Is my BNB Smart Chain address the same as my Ethereum address?

Yes. BNB Smart Chain is EVM-compatible, so it uses the same 0x address. The network still matters: tokens sent on BSC stay on BSC.

Can I stake BNB in Virtex Wallet?

Yes. You can delegate BNB to a validator on BNB Smart Chain in non-custodial mode, or use custodial staking. Keep a little BNB unstaked to pay fees.

What is BEP-20 USDT?

USDT issued on BNB Smart Chain. It is the same stablecoin as ERC-20 or TRC-20 USDT but lives on a different network, so you must send it on BSC.

Is Virtex Wallet custodial or non-custodial?

Both. Non-custodial mode means only you hold the keys. Custodial mode lets Virtex hold them for easier recovery. Custodial mode is not available in the EEA, the UK or the United States.
