Virtex Wallet is an Ethereum wallet for Android that holds ETH and supported ERC-20 tokens such as USDT and USDC. The same 0x address also works on Polygon, Base and BNB Smart Chain, where fees are usually lower.

Stake ETH without needing 32 ETH, or swap ETH into stablecoins and other coins with quotes compared across third-party providers.

Ethereum Wallet key facts

Native coin ETH
Token standard ERC-20 (for example USDT and USDC)
Address format 0x… (same address on Polygon, Base and BNB Smart Chain)
Fees paid in ETH on Ethereum and Base, POL on Polygon
Staking Stake ETH in the app, non-custodial or custodial

Virtex Wallet supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Tron and Solana, plus stablecoins such as USDT and USDC. Available tokens and swap pairs are shown in the app.

What you can do with ETH

ETH and ERC-20 tokens

Hold ETH and supported ERC-20 tokens, and view the same address on Polygon and Base.

Stake any amount of ETH

Stake through a staking provider without running a validator. See how to stake Ethereum.

Swap ETH to stablecoins

Lock in a dollar value by swapping ETH to USDT. Read how to swap ETH to USDT.

Two wallet modes

Hold your own keys in non-custodial mode, or let Virtex hold them in custodial mode. Custodial mode is not available in the EEA, the UK or the United States.

Set up your Ethereum wallet

1

Install Virtex Wallet

Download the app from Google Play and create a new wallet or import an existing recovery phrase.

2

Find your 0x address

Open ETH and tap Receive. The same address receives ERC-20 tokens.

3

Add ETH

Buy ETH in the app, swap into it, or withdraw from an exchange on the Ethereum (ERC20) network.

4

Stake, send or swap

Keep some ETH for gas and use the rest however you like.

Gas can be expensive. Ethereum mainnet fees rise when the network is busy. For small, frequent transfers consider Base, Polygon or another lower-fee network, and always check which network a deposit is on. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Ethereum wallet questions

What is an Ethereum wallet?

A wallet that holds ETH, the native coin of Ethereum, and tokens built on it (ERC-20 tokens) such as USDT and USDC. Ethereum addresses start with 0x.

Does Virtex Wallet support Polygon and Base?

Yes. Polygon and Base are EVM networks, so they use the same 0x address as Ethereum. Fees on Polygon are paid in POL and on Base in ETH.

Do I need 32 ETH to stake?

No. Virtex Wallet lets you stake any amount through a staking provider. 32 ETH is only needed to run your own validator.

Why are Ethereum fees so high sometimes?

Ethereum fees (gas) rise with network demand. They are paid in ETH and shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.

Is Virtex Wallet custodial or non-custodial?

Both. Non-custodial mode means only you hold the keys. Custodial mode lets Virtex hold them for easier recovery. Custodial mode is not available in the EEA, the UK or the United States.
